Southeastern Spain is a paradise for nature lovers, but you do not need to be a hardcore ornithologist to appreciate the incredible avian life here. Among the many species fluttering through the Region of Murcia, the Western Cattle Egret (Bubulcus ibis) stands out as a true icon of adaptability.
