Olive harvest Benizar

For our series about Benizar, a small village in the hills around Moratalla (Murcia), we where invited yesterday to shoot the harvesting of olives. On this photograph you see to a old couple (in their eighties) removing olives from the the tree branches which fall of the tree. this year the harvest was a bit earlier than normal for the time of year due to the pretty warm winter.
